PICK UP ORDERS:
Pick up orders are available on Saturdays. Pick up time is from 10:00am - 12:00pm. Please contact us by email to arrange an alternate pick up day or time if neccessary prior to placing your order.

DELIVERY ORDERS:
Delivery is offered in Columbia (38401) and Spring Hill (37174), Tennessee. Our rate is $10 per delivery. Free delivery is offered for orders $200 and over.

SHIPPING ORDERS:
Order processing takes approximately two business days. Expected delivery time will be 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Because many of our products, are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, weave, shape texture, or size, are normal and are not considered defects.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact sales@bagtasticbaskets.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement when available or an appropriate refund.
