Our baskets are 100% natural and Eco friendly, hand woven with elephant grass by talented artisans living in Bolgatanga, Ghana. The materials are built to last and can be passed as heirlooms to your loved ones.

To reshape: Spray with water, mold basket into desired shape, let it dry completely before use.

Bagtastic Basket Co. does not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We will ensure that you will receive a quality product and exactly what you purchased from our website. 

Please note that small imperfections are part of the charm of a handmade product. Each piece is truly a one-of-a-kind creation and not factory manufactured. All pieces are done by hand and all are subject to slight imperfections.

Expected delivery time will be 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped. 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Because many of our products, are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, weave, shape texture, or size, are normal and are not considered defects. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you  received the wrong item, please contact sales@bagtasticbaskets.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. 

Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement when available or an appropriate refund.
