Our straw products are 100% natural and eco friendly, hand woven with elephant grass by talented artisans living in Bolgatanga, Ghana. The materials are built to last and can be passed as heirlooms to your loved ones.

Please note each item that you purchase from our website will contribute to the economic empowerment and sustainable livelihoods of skilled women artisans living in rural communities.

Reshaping your basket: Spray with water, mold basket into desired shape, let it dry completly before use. Please refer to our Product Care page for more detailed instructions on how to reshape your basket.

Bagtastic Basket Co. does not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We will ensure that you will receive a quality product and exactly what you purchased from our website.

Please note that small imperfections are part of the charm of a handmade product. Each piece is truly a one-of-a-kind creation and not factory manufactured. All pieces are done by hand and all are subject to slight imperfections.

PICK UP ORDERS:

Pick up orders are available on Saturdays. Pick up time is from 10:00am - 12:00pm. Please contact us by email to arrange an alternate pick up day or time if neccessary prior to placing your order.

Order processing takes approximately two business days. Please wait for an email notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. 

DELIVERY ORDERS: 

Delivery is offered in Columbia (38401) and Spring Hill (37174),  Tennessee.  Our rate is $10 per delivery.  Free delivery is offered for orders $200 and over. 

Order processing takes approximately two business days depending on the method of payment. Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days. 

SHIPPING ORDERS:
